2024 Singapore Model United Nations
Fifteen students from our school participated in the Singapore Model United Nations, held from October 29 to November 1.
In Model United Nations, participants are divided into chambers of around 30 to 40 delegates and engage in discussions to address various social issues, acting as ambassadors for their assigned countries to seek solutions.
The conference culminates in the drafting of resolutions, which are then voted on, simulating an international assembly. In this event, although initially nervous about the culturally diverse environment, our students gradually adapted, collaborating with other participants and became more proactive day by day.
Speaking up in an international forum requires great courage, but each student boldly raised their placards, seizing the valuable opportunity to contribute actively. They returned with countless insights gained from this experience.
