THIMUN provides students with an excellent outlet for using their English language skills. MUN helps them to obtain a global view of the world, and participating in MUN is often one of the greatest goals for KLAS students.

The Mondialogo School Contest is the largest interschool contest in the world. At Mondialogo, students between 14 and 18 years of age from around the world make contact with and engage in dialogues with one another. Mondialogo is aimed at giving students a way in which to take an active interest in others and to build bridges towards a harmonious coexistence.

Volunteer trips to Bosnia or Hungary can become the turning point in the development of students' future plans or their sense of values. Students first raise funds for the trip, and then go to their destination to build housing or deliver supplies of food and clothing.
